12 Sep 1998, in New Delhi – How the Guru Assures and Protects This contemplation, personal as such, was read next only in 2016 when I discovered my papers. The prayer offered at the lotus feet was: “O blessed Lord, most beautiful and strong, delight of the world, O source of all existence, salutations at Thy lotus feet. Pray tell me O Lord, O Master, how will I fulfill my domestic duties. Responsibilities and expectations so that I can then be free to serve Shri Guru’s lotus feet? Pray tell me, O Lord, this is my humble prayer.”
Response as emerged then: “I have told you before, it will be done. Your wife and children will be taken care of. You too will get by.
“As for your concern for a house, you will get one, but you should be prepared not to live in it. (I am so prepared). It will be used by your children, as will what your father left you. You will be remembered with love by your children. That should be enough.
“You will fulfill your domestic and household duties. And you will serve Me. Have no doubts. Have no fears. Believe in it. It has to happen. Sad Guru Nath Maharaj ki jai.”

20 Sep 1998. New Delhi – How to be at Ease with Myself Contemplating the matter of being at ease with myself, the prayerful question offered was: ‘O beloved Lord, O Master most divine and of immaculate perfection and beauty, humble salutations to Thee. Humble salutations, O beloved Master, humble salutations at Thy lotus feet. Pray tell me, O Lord, when am I at ease with myself? What is it like to be at ease? What are the qualities of being at ease? Pray tell me O Lord, what takes me into ease? For myself, for others, for Siddha Yoga, why is it important to stay in a condition of ease? Prayer place at the lotus feet of my Master, Shri Guru.’ The Master’s response as then emerged was: “The state of ease for you comes best when you remember the Guru, when you have a oneness within with Shri Guru. It is a state that you love. No matter how much you may miss the Guru and feel sad – it is a very steady, a very strong and firm and easy state.
“The qualities of the state are peace and harmony, and deep love for all beings.
“The qualities that nurture your going within into this state are your love for all beings, and your need to see them as God. That calms you down and steadies you. So, try it out.
“The state of ease is important to you because it is a state of being that is a blessing. And when, from that state, you speak to others, when you interact with them, you put them at ease. So, the importance to others flows from the results of it being important to you.
“The relevance to Siddha Yoga is that the constant practice of this state makes everyone Siddhas – quiet and happy beings, strong, steady and joyous beings. The spread of this joy, of their joy, is the spread of Siddha Yoga.”

02 Oct 1998, New Delhi – How to Express deep Gratitude It was 02 Oct of 1998, that most auspicious of days. Focusing within on the matter of gratitude to the Guru, I offered the following prayer at the lotus feet of the Master, saying, ‘Salutations at the lotus feet of the Master, Shri Guru, most wondrous and supportive, most blessed and divine. Pray tell me, O Guru, how can I express my deep felt gratitude to Shri Guru?’
The response as emerged from the beloved Master was:
“You can express your gratitude by being disciplined; by being loving; by being forgiving; by being noble and pure; by being self controlled; by disregarding evil; by disregarding hatred; by disregarding greed; by disregarding lust; by ignoring evil; by ignoring your wife completely; by loving your children; by never ignoring them; by being understanding to your children, by being concerned for them and by taking care of them.
“You can express your gratitude by never forgetting that I am the One who is everyone around you.
“I have become all of them for My own reasons. You do not need to fathom the reasons. Just know that I exist, that only I exist, that if you disrespect all around you, you disrespect only Me, not them. They are nothing. They have no existence of their own, but exist only because I am them.
“So, respect them. Respect yourself. That is the greatest expression of your gratitude to Me.”

10 October 1998, New Delhi – The Fountain of Joy Within, How to Face Distraught Situations or Conditions, How to Experience the Inner Bliss Baba’s teaching is that the fountain of joy is within us. Some questions based on this were offered within as follows:
First Question placed before the Master: “O blessed Lord, beloved Master, humble salutations to Thee. Salutations at Thy lotus feet. Please tell me, O Lord, what does Baba’s statement about this teaching mean to me? What is the value to me? How can I use it in my distraught state? What can I do about my distraught state and how can I find joy and bliss in it?”
Response from Shri Guru, as emerged within me then was: “The statement is a true statement. Every word is the actual and deepest truth. Remember it. Practice it.
“As far as your distraught state is concerned – do not be carried away by it. Do not let the causes of distraughtness overwhelm you so strongly. The distraughtness has to be faced by you. Respect it. Unless you go through it you will not learn how to deal with it or with yourself in such a situation.
“Yet repeatedly you, and many others, fail to deal with it, fail to cope with it.
“So, fight the distraughtness with strength, faith and complete devotion. The issues will automatically resolve in your favour.
“Trust in it. Believe it. It is My complete assurance.” . Second Question placed before the Master within myself was: ‘How can I experience my inner bliss and joy?’
Response from the Master as emerged then: “You can experience it by going within. “You can experience it by opening up to it, by being in tune with it, by surrendering to it. “It is within you. So, seek it. It is there. You will have to search nowhere else for it, thereafter or again.”
Third Question placed before the Master: “Dear Gurumayiji, is there anything else You wish to tell me on this subject?”
Response from Shri Guru as emerged then: “I have enormous amounts to tell you. But go about it bit by bit. At this time, for this moment, this is enough. Assimilate it. Enjoy it. Love it. More later.”
