2004, Pune. Exact date not noted – Experiencing the Shakti Within Question Contemplated. ‘O my beloved Guru, please answer this deeply felt question. I bow and offer it at your Lotus feet: “What do I need to do to make ‘Experience the Power Within, Kundalini Shakti’ a reality in my day-to-day life? No one will do it for me other than me. What do I need to do?”
Response from Shri Guru as Emerged then itself: “Keep it to yourself in the main, but you can share its excerpts, or the spirit of it.
“So, know, O Virender, that for you the most effective way is to talk to Me all the time. To think of Me all the time.
“As you wake up, as you sleep, as you do everything – speak to me constantly from within and even vocalizing it as may be.
“Know that as you do this you can also simultaneously do everything else in your life. “But you have to do it daily all the time. ‘You have to do it anyhow, ceaselessly, constantly, everywhere.
“And it will work for you are within Me, and I have no option but to respond to your call. And you will experience Me.
“And then My state, my purpose, will flow to your life. And the teaching will become you. You will become the teaching.”

01 Jan 2006, New Delhi – Understanding the Shakti Within The question contemplated within was – What is my understanding of the Inner Power (Kundalini Shakti)? I contemplated this within and a response emerged from the holy Master.
Emerging response from the Shri Guru at that moment: “Your understanding, O Virender, is simply this – your whole being is the inner Shakti. The whole Universe, the whole of creation, is the power within. There is no difference.
“Therefore, if everything is the inner Shakti, all you have to do is to address it by focusing on it and it will listen and hear, and then do what is appropriate for you.”

14 Oct 2006, GSP – Preparation Before doing each Practice The question placed deep within was, ‘How does preparation for each Siddha Yoga practice help me to progress in my sadhana?’ Salutations to the Master.
The then Emerging response from the Divine: “Preparation, being a specific act increases, firstly, the focus that you are putting into the practice, and, secondly, enhances your determination to adhere to the practice, because of the greater love and joy that flow from doing the practice with pre-thought out intent and bhava.
“Without preparation it becomes a rushed into and rushed out of event. What can be gained from doing anything like that, leave aside trying to approach the Lord, the deeper aim behind every practice.
“Truly, if you prepare with heart and soul, you will do the practice with heart and soul, and retain benefaction received in the heart and soul.
“The very act of preparation indicates the seriousness of your intent to the One to whom you supplicate in the practice. And a due response to the practice – joy, peace, knowledge, gentleness, compassion – all flow to you with so much a greater force. It will then bring you back to the practices with greater regularity.”

16 Oct 2006, GSP More a meditation than contemplation. Started the meditation with a focus on the Guru’s words and on becoming aware of the energy behind the words and then savour the power that lies within Her words, to settle into it and become absorbed in it. For the first time I meditated with a prayer to Shri Kundalini, who is no other than Shri Guru. And then Gurumayi said –” Yes, I am the Kundalini”.
I prayed for help in ridding my habits and in doing meditation to stay focused on Her own words. She allowed me to experience the peace and said – “That is My state – complete peace.” I focused on the energy of Her words and She kept me alert within Her energy throughout the deep meditation.
18 Oct 2006, GSP Another record of meditation. Went into meditation with bhava of glorifying the Guru and to seek forgiveness for all my mistakes and disrespect and neglect of the Guru’s words and commands. Shri Guru was very graceful – filling me with deep love and quietness and drew me deeper. One thing was made very clear by Her – thoughts would not be tolerated. Every time thoughts whisked me away the meditation would withdraw. And I now remember that yesterday I was even told directly in meditation by the Shakti that She has no time for thoughts.

And it will give you both, the energy and time to work for Siddha Yoga.
The benefit that comes to the Siddha Yoga path will be: –
Next question offered was – ‘If the fruits of our effort positively affect the world around us, how do I see it happening in my life?’
Emerging response from the Divine: “You become a good person. You make everyone around you good. You behave nicely, everyone around you behaves nicely. You withstand problems. Others see you, and learn from it.”
