22 March 2019, Dehradun  –  a personal guidance

To the Lotus Feet:

O beloved Shri Guru, venerable Master and noble leading light of the Universe, all glory to Thee and to Thy lotus feet. Thank You for being, O Shri Guru, for you are and so I am. O Shri Guru, I am at a point of quandary and I pray and appeal to Thy lotus feet and Thy divine heart for guidance and support, O beloved Master. 

I am at a point of selling the house. I find I have accepted 25 lakhs less so far though the deal is far from closed.  Also with my sisters I am at odds because their link with my land brings down the prices of my land by what to me is a lot. My talking to them for a small compensation draws their ire.

Please hold my hand, Shri Guru. If I go to Delhi with less money it will have ramifications in what I can buy there and get there and how the family can consolidate around me and whatever we buy. Please guide me and support me in getting the best possible deal, O Master. I eagerly await your divine response. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You.

“O Virender, you may carry on doing what you are doing, using your best judgment. The house will sell soon now. With the sisters try to negotiate with them and get them to agree. They will see the light. That should be enough. 

“About what happens in Delhi, it will all go well. You have to go through the process. It will be OK. It will be fine. But you have to run around a little for it anyway. So do that.

“You will be fine. You will be well. Go and do it. Go. Do it. Use your mind to your best and leave it there. Be judicious. Trust and believe in yourself.”

Prayer to the Lotus Feet:

O Guru, sahasra koti pranaam. Salutations at Thy lotus feet O Master, my deepest indwelling Lord. All glory to Thee, O Shri Guru, and may the mighty Universe forever move to carry out Thy every wish.

Thank You, O Guru, for all Thy gifts and presents to me, for Thy deepest grace.

O Guru, I sit here pen in hand, to inform You that there has been little progress on the sale of the house. Perhaps I was totally over expecting the amount and was wrongly misguided.

Anyhow here I am, at Thy lotus feet with this matter. I pray for and invoke Thy grace, O guru, for without Your grace I cannot move.

I await Your divine support, the holding of my hand by Thy grace, and seeing me through this stage, this that ha sto happen. Thank You, O Lord as I await Your divine flow in guidance. Thank You.

“See Virender, this is something you have to do.

You have to find your way.

It is as yet still not too late. But you have to do it.

Adjust, if need be, your demands, and then get on with it.”

Prayer to the Lotus Feet:

O most beloved Shri Guru, O core of my heart, my deepest soul, my one God, my Lord Shiva, salutations to Thee. Again and again, O Lord, salutations at Thy lotus feet.

All glory to Thee, beloved master, may Thy will be done, now and always. May Thy name illumine the skies and may the Universe constantly pay homage to Thee, O my Shri Guru.

O my beloved Lord, I am in a deep quandary, perhaps put here by myself, yet I have tried to sell the house and got nowhere. I can blame myself fully, O Guru, yet something has been missed by me and I have not been aware or alive to it. I have faced situations where I have had property dealers almost like gang up on me. And assurances made by some have led me nowhere.

I have constantly prayed at Thy lotus feet to hold my hand and guide me. I constantly pray to Baba and Bade Baba for guidance.

Yet the buyers have stopped coming. Perhaps the true value of my house here eludes me.

I am in a quandary and floundering like never before in my life. I truly pray for Thy divine grace, O beloved Master. Please hear my cry. Please.     

I cannot proceed without your grace. I cannot do it by myself, and truly I am alone in this with everyone looking at me. Please grant me Thy grace, O Master. I am not going to make any profit as such. What I get here will translate and transfer to a much smaller place in Delhi – and so be it.

Yet I am stuck. I need Your grace, O Shri Guru, to support me. To pull me, to push me. To make me realize within and then any how close this matter and leave.

I had so much more to share in what has otherwise been a great year otherwise. I am sorry the focus is on the house sale and it has come to a head. I was trying to avoid disturbing You, O Master mine. But I look at failure and I really must have Thy support and grace like never ever before.

Please grant me the boon of Thy grace.

Please support me, O Shri Guru.

I lay my matters and my whole being at Thy lotus feet.

And in advance I thank you again and again and offer deepest gratitude for this, and for everything else, O blessed Lord.

“O Virender, I have been watching your struggles. Do not fear. It is going to happen very soon. I will be with you. Now just stay the course, that little bit more and be open to a working compromise.

Be open to it and then it will happen.

So be in peace. Do not let it worry you.

Go now. Know I am in you and aware of what is going on.

Be alert and be strong. Have faith. Above all have faith.

I love you. Let the flow happen and keep working for it. It is few days to go.”
